PARALLELE 45 is registered with the DGAC (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) – DSAC (Directorate of Civil Air Safety) dependent on the Ministry responsible for transport.
The DSAC monitors the manufacturing and maintenance of aircraft, in accordance with European regulations.
It issues, for France, approvals of maintenance organizations, aircraft airworthiness certificates and mechanics licenses.

From January 1, 2026, French regulations will disappear in favor of the European regulations already in force.It will then no longer be possible to operate a drone under national scenarios, which will be replaced by the scenarios of the specific European category.
